Panguni fest at Sri Kapali Temple: Lagna Patrikai to be read on Mar. 7

The traditional and symbolic ritual that opens the Panguni festival celebrations at Sri Kapali Temple, Mylapore – the reading of the lagna patrikai – will be held on Mar. 7.
A few hundred people, mostly regulars, are expected to attend the ceremony, which will be held in the evening. The panguni festival will start off with the flag hoisting ceremony to be held on April 2 and will end with the thirukalyanam on April 11.
