Rain in some parts of the Mylapore neighbourhood over the weekend has enthused some people and disappointed others.
On Sunday night, the rain was steady and came down for over 20 minutes after 10 p.m. Residents of R. A. Puram reported that it rained steadily but was not severe and long.
The rain came down on Saturday evening, after 8 p.m. and though R. A. Puram received the rain there was no sign of it in Alwarpet.
Happy for RA PURAM. Sad for Alwarpet.
