M. S. Krishnamurthy, aged 88 passed away on Jan. 6. He was a resident of Abhiramapuram from 1961 onwards.
He was a successful businessman and started the Citadel Fine Pharmaceuticals.
He was a voracious reader, an avid prize-winning gardener who cultivated roses, orchids, and the famous Himampasand mango, and the only computer savvy octogenarian, says his family member.
Krishnamurthy provided tech support to all in the family including the younger generation. He bought an electronic gizmo almost every week and would master its use and functionality, they say.
