On July 12 at Alwarpet, a workshop focussing on how to bake the perfect red velvet cake with icing and piping decoration was held. Participants learnt how to torte, layer, and frost the cake. Recipe handouts were given and refreshments were served. The course fee is Rs. 1600 and is conducted by Uthra Ravikanth.
