A student association – Confluence was inaugurated by Vivekananda College, Mylapore on July 22 at the college premises. Confluence is an integration of the departments of accounting and finance and bank management. The chief guest was M. A. Britto, Deputy Director General of Audit. The programme ended with the investiture ceremony where all the elected representatives were sworn in.
