A meeting to celebrate and pay tribute to the famed artist and cartoonist Gopulu who passed away recently is to be held on May 27 evening at a hall at the P. S. School in Mylapore. Many well known artists and writers are expected to attend this meet. Invitations have gone out to among others, Maniam Selvan, actor Sivakumar, Maruthi, Keshav of The Hindu and writer Charukesi.
The meeting, which starts at 6.30 p.m. has been hosted by Al Ar Narayanan. It is open to all.
