Civic workers have been busy this past week relaying pavements on St Mary’s Road. The work is on on the stretch of this road from the C P Ramaswamy Road junction to the Hotel Crowne Plaza junction.
The planned pavement is to be wide and granite slabs are being used after laying out the pavement area.
The pavement runs in a zig-zag manner to accommodate trees, junction boxes and pathways leading to houses and businesses.
