Sri Vinayaka Chaturthi celebrations are fairly big at the Sri Karpaga Vinayaka Temple in R. A. Puram. Once the Monday rituals and events are over, the spot light will be on the Carnatic music concerts from Sept.3 onwards, held in the evenings in this campus.
And as it always the case, the lineup is impressive – Udayalur Kalyanaraman’s discourse in on Sept.3, Gayathri Venkataraghavan is on Sept.4, Sikkil Mala Chandrasekar on Sept.5, Nityashri Mahadevan on Sept.6 and Sandeep Narayanan on the final day, Sept.7.
