This fresh juices hawker follows pandemic rules, is popular in Mandavelipakkam

Here then is a juices hawker who follows pandemic time rules – he wears a mask, sanitises and asks clients to stay afar. And he also offers some fresh juices this summer.

Pandian, 48, has his hawker stall alongside the GCC park, Lazarus Church Road ion Mandavelipakkam, sells fresh fruit juices and even milkshakes at a nominal rate and he offers a PhonePe pay option.

He says he gets the fruits from Koyambedu market once in two days and uses only pasteurised milk
for milkshakes.

“The rates are very nominal and the juice is made in a hygienic way,” says Dhanakannu, 56, a
resident of Mylapore who buys juice here every day the past month.

Milkshakes costs around Rs. 30. Rosemilk, badam milk, water melon and muskmelon juices costs Rs. 20
