Mahesh, a resident of Shanti Towers on Luz Church Road says that there are too many street dogs in the area and that some of them get aggressive and are feared by people here Mylapore.
“These are dogs are not allowing the public to cross the roads and scaring everyone continuously,” he writes. “People are scared to send their children to nearby shops or tuition centers.”
Mahesh said that even inside Nageshwara Rao Park, he has spotted about 15 dogs who roam around. “The elderly people who are on their early walks here are scared of the dogs,” he adds.
He requests Chennai Corporation staff of the area to take up this matter and address it.
