Manoj Bhavan restaurant opens in Mylapore. Breakfast combo offer – for Rs.89

Manoj Bhavan restaurant opened on Monday, June 23 in Mylapore on R K Mutt Road, at the junction of South Mada Street and Venkatesa Agraharam.
This vegetarian restaurant, part of a hotels chain, has refurbished the space previously occupied by another restaurant, which closed down some months ago.
The inaugural offer is breakfast combo priced at Rs 89 that includes a masala dosai, a idly and a vadai,
a scoop of pongal and coffee – this is served between 7am and 10 am
The manager here said the specialty here now is the Honey Chilli Paneer, priced at Rs 250.
The South  Indian meal at lunch time ( limited ) is offered at Rs 120 and the North Indian meal is fixed at
Rs 270.
The restaurant has plans to start a coffee counter soon that will open at 5.30 am and serve morning walkers .
The restaurant is open from 7 am to 11 pm.

  1. As Mr..P G Sundarrajan has pointed out Mylapore is preferred place for temple goers,traditional shopping etc.My suggestion is one side of the platform in the mada street can be kept without encroachment for Pedestrian to walk freely to the temple.

  2. Mylapore is preferred place for the temple goers, traditional shopping, pooja items. But the biggest challenge is the parking of cars and two wheelers because majority of roads are occupied by encroached buildings, platform shops. Widen the roads by removing the encroachments, provide shopping complex for platform shop keepers and strictly maintain traffic with parking slots so that Mylapore will be a lovable place too.
