64 Squares Chess Academy, in collaboration with Chennai Citi Centre, conducted the 8th children’s chess tournament on June 21, drawing around 300 young players (from the age of 4 years to 16 years) from across Chennai.
Held at the Citi Centre mall on Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai, Mylapore, the event was a celebration of young talent, competitiveness, and sportsmanship.
The format was Rapid Chess (Swiss System) and seven riunds were held.
