This year, Mylapore Times Charitable Trust (MTCT ) has awarded funding to 102 students of the area. The total amount granted is Rs.9,38,500.
This was made possible by donations by Mylaporeans, well-wishers and Mylapore Times.
The final set of funding was for the following: Chennai High School , V. P. Koil St. / 1 student – Rs. 4000. P. S. School / 7 students – Rs. 56000. Kesari School / 1 student – Rs. 5000. St. Francis Xavier’s Mat. School / 1 student – Rs. 12000. San Thome Hr.Sec. School / 1 student – Rs. 8000. Lady Sivaswami School / 4 students – Rs.36000. St. Raphael’s School / 1 student – Rs. 5000. St. Ebba’s School / 1 student – Rs. 4000. St. John’s Hr.Sec. School / 1 student – Rs. 10000. Ramakrishna Mission School / 1 Student – 5000.
