The ‘Ungaludan Stalin’ caravan has camped in R. A. Puram this Thursday, July 24. This flagship programme of the chief minister provides for staff and counters where people can submit applications / get doubts clarified/ seek help for various needs.
The issues covered include Aadhar card, ration card, issues dealt by the local police, pension and grants to women / seniors/ handicapped under various state schemes.
Some 13 state departments are represented here and staff guide people to the counters that handle their personal issues.
This camp is daylong – till 5 p.m..
The venue is inside a GCC school ( whose construction is 90% over) on Kamaraj Salai, opposite JJ Kalyana Mantapam, behind the police booth at the junction.
This camp is for ward 171 residents.
Over the past two days, GCC staff and local councillor Geetha went around the area alerting residents to the camp.
