The community at Our Lady of Light Church in Luz will be celebrating the 509th edition of their parish feast from August 6 to 15.
The celebration will commence with the hoisting of the flag on August 6 at 6 pm by Fr. G. J. Antony Samy, Vicar General.
There will be Masses everyday at 6.30 am and 12 noon and novena Masses at 6 pm.
On August 10, a group of children of the parish will receive First Holy Communion at the 7 30 am Mass
The celebration will culminate with a grand car procession on August 15.
The events are being organised by parish priest Fr. Bernard Lawrence, his assistant Fr. Rajkumar and various anbiyams of the parish.
