Chief minister M. K. Stalin launched an extension of the state’s breakfast scheme that will now cover state-aided school sin urban areas.
A symbolic launch was made by him and the chief minister of Punjab, Bhagwant Mann at an event held at St. Joseph Primary School in San Thome. Also present at the event were deputy CM, Udhayanidhi Stalin and minister Ma. Subramaniam besides others.
The school is located in the campus of St Raphael’s Girls School and is run by the FMM nuns.
