A mentally challenged person who was seen wandering on Chitrakulam West Street, Mylapore this August 6 morning has been identified and restored to his residence in Chitrakulam North Street.
Community activist C. R. Balaji says he Informed Mylapore Police when he came across this man.
People in the area said they saw the man sleeping on the steps of a shop.
