Mylapore Times has organised two contests for Navaratri.
The first is the Navaratri Colouring Contest for school students and it closes in Sept.23 so children who have still not collected the drawing sheet and coloured or painted the images may do so today.
School students need to colour or paint a colouring sheet you must pick up from any of two points. But the judge will award extra marks for those who use their imagination to draw and paint what is not outlined on our sheet. Details for this contest are on www.mylaporetimes.com
This contest closes on Sept.23 evening.
The second contest is the Kolu Contest and this invites families to present not only the traditional kolu but also theme sets created around it.
Submissions must be made with a set of good photos. Details for this contest are on www.mylaporetimes.com. Contest closes on Sept.28.

I am Raji Arunachalam, 63 years old and residing in Alwarpet.
We have kept Golu, this time with our Kula deivam temple at Sankarankovil as the theme. We have tried to display a miniature version of the temple which has 3 Prakarams.

Excuse me sir we have kept different themes as the golu is that enough or we have to keep more sets around the golu also can we send it to you with all our family members name ?
