Navaratri may be over but there are some smart shoppers for kolu images on the Mada Streets, looking for big discounts.
Since Friday night, there have been people on North Mada Street, peeping at the stalls that remain, looking for bommais they need and bargaining.
Some hawkers sell the bommais at discounted rates. The stalls will remain open for a few more days.
Since it has been raining in the evening, hawkers who want to wrap up quickly, they tend to iffer some attractive prices for the bommais.
