The Post-graduate Department of Accounting & Finance and the Department of Bank Management, Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College Evening College (autonomous), Mylapore, organised the 11th International Conference on “Global Banking, Business and Finance in Transition: Innovation, Sustainability and Strategic Resilience” on January 12 at the Obul Reddy Auditorium in a hybrid mode.
The conference was organised in commemoration of National Youth Day and the 20th anniversary of both the departments.
The conference was inaugurated by Swami Dhyanagamyandaji Maharaj, secretary, Ramakrishna Mission Vidyapith. Dr. V. Manikantan, Head of the Departments, welcomed the guests.
The Inaugural address was delivered by Abhinav Subramanian, senior tax manager, PwC – United Kingdom, who shared valuable insights on global trends in banking and finance. The technical sessions were handled by Praveen Kumar J. (Poland – online) and Abhinav Bhadrinarayanan (Bahrain – In person).
