People contacted for election duty on polling day had a day of training at Rani Meyyammai Girls School in R A Puram this March 28.
They were mostly school teachers and from this part of the city.
They were exposed to the polling process and all the equipment that is employed ofr this exercise. Besides talks, visual models were screened.
