LPG crisis; Sangeetha serves ‘limited’ food items, some tea shops using last cylinder

Local restaurants are bracing for the LPG crisis; they are opening a little late foir business and cutting some items on their menu.
OnMarch 11 morning, at Sangeetha Hotel which opens at 6 a.m. opened only at 7 a.m.
Variety rice, vadacurry and kuruma are not on the menu here. A note put up here said, Sangeetah is ‘serving only limited items’.
Other small snacks and tea shops on Mada Streets do not seem affected now.
At the popular Shobhana teashop on South Mada Street which opens at 3 a.m., a staff says that they are using the last cylinder they have and if it exhausts and do not get  delivery of a new one  the shop has to be shut
On South Mada Street, SLV Coffee House’s  Venkata Seetharaman says he has stock of LPG but is watchful.
Cothas staff said they need not worry since they use electrically driven coffee machine.
The lorry supply of LPG to the IOC godown in Nanjunda Rao Colony  made only one visit on Tueasday, we were told.
