The three-day teppam at Sri Madhava Perumal Temple started on March 2 evening, after 6 p.m. The images of lord Perumal and Amruthavalli were brought in a pro cession and placed in the float located in the compact tank in the temple premises.

Only a few priests could be seated in the float which was well illuminated. It was taken around the tank with substantial water in it.
On March3, the teppam is at 9 p.m. and on the next day, at 6.30 p.m.
