Members of Saint Vincent de Paul Society R. A. Puram Conference visited Karunai Illam in Little Mount, Saidapet, run by the brothers of Missionaries of Charity late March on a social support project.
They handed over provisions worth Rs 8000 for the 64 inmates here. The inmates are physically / mentally challenged and were deserted by their families.
President of the Society, Vincent Maria Susai said that funds for buying the provisions were collected from well wishers.
