M Jayaramachandran, son of M Ranganathan Pillai passed away on January 20 at the age of 80.
A resident of Mylapore since 1954, he lived in the house that his father had bought on P. S. Sivaswamy Salai, Mylapore. He retired as Specification Engineer in 1991 after more than 35 years of service. He started his career as a draughtsman in Simpson and Co. Ltd.
He was the Managing Trustee of Sri Mudichur Apparyaswamy Yadhava Ramanujakoodam, Sriperumbudur.
He is survived by his wife, Logakanayaki, 2 daughters and 2 sons. The family lives at 63/41. P. S. Sivaswamy Salai, Mylapore. Ph: 2499 1104.
