The Christmas cake soaking ceremony was observed at Epi Bakes located at V. M. Street on Dec.2.
Cine actor and former MLA of Mylapore S. Ve. Shekher, chef N. Sankar and his team participated in the orthodox mixing along with the inmates of NGOs Annai Illam and India Serve.
Rich varieties of nuts, raisins, sugar ginger, candy peel and spices were mixed for the preparation of the cake.
