On Sunday, Chennai Corporation and its volunteers besides cadres of political parties helped to provide people a final opportunity to get corrections carried out in the Voter Identity Card or apply for a new one.
The process took place at all designated polling booths across Mylapore. Many are local schools. Ay campuses like St Ebbas on Dr R K Salai andRani Meyyammai Girls School, R A Puram party cadres set up booths to guide people.
If you still need to get some work done on the Voter Card you may now do so at the zonal office of Chennai Corporation.
All those who complete this process now are assured of getting their new Cards in January.
