Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) has put out advertisements all over again to invite bookings from the public for its massive housing complex in Foreshore Estate. The apartments, 560 of them to be built on stilt and five floors are to come up on the shoreside, off San Thome High Road.
The advertisement says there will be two types of flats in two types of blocks to be built in the High Income Group classification.
The area of the flats will range from 916 sq ft to 1501 sq ft.
The tentative cost of an apartment ranges from Rs.1,21,50,000 to Rs.1,99,02,000.
Other features highlighted in this proposed project include power supply backup, covered/open car parking, Metrowater supply and elevators.
Sale of application forms is on from June 2 to July 2. Forms may be downloaded from the TNHB web site – www.tnhb.gov.in. Registration closes on July 4.
