– On September 13, a beginner’s kitchen garden workshop will be conducted at Alwarpet, organised by R. A. Puram resident Sumithra Srikant and group, at 4 p.m.
– On September 13, an Ayurveda wellness camp conducted by senior teachers from Sashtra Ayurveda will take place at Alwarpet, followed by a personalised consultation session with the physicians, from 4 p.m. onwards.
– On September 14, a workshop on working on one’s potential via inner transformation using tools like meditation, affirmation and visualisation will be held at Alwarpet, conducted by certified Louise Hay trainer Sanjay Rao Chaganti, at 9.30 a.m.
– On September 14, learn to make flavoured cupcakes taught by cookery expert Sara Koshy at a workshop in C. I. T. Colony at 3 p.m.
