Mylapore wil be abuzz this evening and into the night and dawn as people celebrate Sivaratri. Home to seven temples dedicated to lord Shiva, these campuses will see lots of people streaming in for the religious ceremonies scheduled for the night. Some temples are also hosting concerts/discourses and this will add to the flavor of the celebration.
Sri Kapali Temple will be the busiest place in the area though the devout will be visiting all seven temples in this region, including one that is located on the other side of Dr R K Salai.
