Commuters and people who book train tickets are upset at the pathetic condition of the rail tickets booking section at Thirumylai MRTS station when it rains.
Rainwater leaks from the roof, down the pillars and floods the floor here creating a mess and making life difficult for people who queue here to book tickets.
Over the past two months, a few people have shared snappy videos of the mess. Yesterday, a woman who used the rail service and walked through the reservation counters said that the place had water stagnating all over; even furniture, some is disrepair is seen dumped in a corner.
