Covid has hit staffers and their families at Mandaveli Post Office and the place is functioning with minimal staff.
A staffer at this PO, located on R. K. Mutt Road said this afternoon that they have asked for temporary replacements but in the meantime they are requesting regular customers to come in before 2 pm instead of the scheduled 330pm for Registered Post and Speed Post bookings as it may become difficult for them to function and discharge their duties if customers crowd in after 3pm.
