Mylapore-based NGO, Viswajayam Foundation celebrated International Nurses Day by distributing a special lunch to all the nursing staff at Govt Royapettah Hospital and at the Institute of Child Health, Egmore.
“This was our small humble way of saying thanks to the nursing sisters and brothers for their great service, particularly during this pandemic risking their lives,” said Sekar Viswanathan of this NGO.
The menu had Sweet Pongal, Masal Vadai, Chappathi, Kurma, Vegetable Briyani. butter milk & banana.
