The birth centenary celebration of ace tennis star T.R. Ramanathan was celebrated last Sunday, December 26 at the Madras Cricket Club.
An audio video presentation of his life was screened.
A book on his life with pictures was released on the occasion. The first copy was received by C. Ramakrishna, former State Champion.
Ramanathan Krishnan his son said that all his students and tennis friends were present on the occasion.
Most of them share their memories of TKR, he added.
TKR had trained many tennis players includes his son and grandsons.
