Plus Two exam school toppers

The publication of the results of the Plus Two exams did not hold any surprises. There were hardly any rankers from Chennai.

Students of Mylapore schools may not have excelled but some came out in flying colours. Here is a roundup –

S. Gayathri of Sri Rajalakshmi Matriculation Hr. Sec. School in Mandavelipakkam is the school topper in the Plus Two Board exams. She has secured a total of 1071.

Balaram Sharma has secured the top rank in CSI Higher Secondary School for the Deaf with a total of 929 / 1000 marks. This school is located on San Thome High Road, on the Light House side.

C. Ashwini is the school topper at San Thome Higher Secondary School, Mylapore. She has obtained a total of 1158 marks. She has also got 200 in accountancy and business maths. She is a resident of M. K. Amman Koil Street.

At Sri Venugopal Vidyalaya Hr. Sec. School, Sringeri Mutt Road, R. A. Puram, K. Abinaya was the highest scorer in the science group. She has secured a total of 1172 marks. N. Kritthika has secured the highest marks in the commerce group. She has obtained a total of 1140 marks.

D. Sarathy Kannan is the top scorer in the Plus Tow exams in his school. He has secured 1136 marks. He is a student of P. S. Higher Secondary School.

Sonali Divya is the school topper at M. CT. M. Chidambaram Matric. Hr. Sec. School. She has scored 1177 marks. Two students in Accountancy, 1 in Commerce and 1 in Business Maths have obtained 200 marks.

K. Srinaath of St. Bede’s Anglo Indian H. Sec. School, San Thome was the school topper in the Plus Two exams. He has obtained a total of 1161 marks with a 200 /200 in commerce.

A. R. Alex Sobiya has secured a total of 1163 in her Plus Two Board exams. She has got the highest marks in her school – St. Raphael’s Girls Higher Sec. School, San Thome. She has also secured a centum in commerce.

T. S. Mahalakshmi is the top scorer in St. Antony’s Girls H. S. School, Mada Church Road, R. A. Puram. She has got a total of 1153 marks. She has also obtained a centum in commerce and accountancy.

V. Anand was the top scorer in Savitri Ammal Oriental H. S. School, Mylapore. He has secured 1117 marks. He is a resident of R. A. Puram.

P. Anitha of Chennai Higher Secondary School, Alwarpet was the top scorer in her school. She has secured 1065 marks which is a creditable score from a student who attends a school run by  Chennai Corporation. She is a resident of R. A. Puram.

S. Mohan Kumar secured 1054 marks and is the school topper of Kesari Higher Secondary School, Mylapore. He is a resident of Alwarpet.

S. Anandavalli secured the highest total mark in her school. She is a student of St. Ebba’s Girls Higher Sec. School on Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai. She has secured a total of 1129 marks. She is a resident of Royapettah High Road.

At CSI. St. Ebba’s Matric and Hr. Sec. Co – Education School run by this management, P. Bhuvaneshwari was the school topper with a total of 994 marks. She is a commerce group student and is a resident of Muthiah Garden Street.

B. Suganthakunthala secured 1185 marks and is the school topper at Sir Sivaswami Kalalaya Higher Secondary School, Mandaveli.
Two students in physics, one in chemistry, 5 students in commerce and 3 in accountancy have obtained 200 / 200 marks.

G. Nivedha and K. Nandhini secured the top spot in Rani Meiyammai Girls H. S. School, R. A. Puram.
Both scored 1122. Both of them belong to the English medium section. S. Suriya from the same school has secured the top spot in the Tamil medium stream. She secured 1119 marks.
The school authorities said that Suriya is the first student in the school’s history to get record marks in botany and zoology. She has got 198 and 195 marks respectively.

P. Divakar is the school topped in Rajah Muthiah H. S. School, R. A. Puram. He has secured a total of 1110. He got 200 in accountancy.

At Lady Sivaswamy Girls Hr. Sec. School, Mylapore R. Gayathri was the school topper. She obtained a total of 1146. She has also scored 200 in accountancy.

V. Saranya is the topper at Rosary Matriculation Hr. Sec. School, San Thome.
She has obtained 1185 marks. She has also got 200 in commerce and in accountancy respectively.

K. Srinaath is the topper at St. Bede’s Anglo Indian Hr. Sec. School, San Thome. He has a score of 1161 marks. He has also obtained 200 in commerce.

S. Santhanalakshmi is the school topper at St. Clarke’s Special School for the Deaf.
She has secured a total of 788 with 200 in economics.

The Plus Two school toppers in the CBSE board exams are:

R. Archana is the school topper in the commerce group at Vidya Mandir Senior Sec. School, Mylapore. She has obtained a total of 483. She is a resident of West Mambalam. Ananya Rajagopalan stood first in the science group. She has secured a total of 476.

K. A. Sumana had obtained 491 marks and is the school topper at P. S. Senior Secondary School.  She has also secured a centum in maths and biology. She is a resident of C. V. Raman Road, Alwarpet.

At Chettinad Vidyashram Shivamshu Prabhakar has secured the first mark in science group. He has got a total of 486. Aishwarya has secured the first mark in commerce group with a total of 483 marks. Aditi Maithreya has secured the first mark in the humanities group. She has secured 482.

At Sir Sivaswami Kalalaya Sr. Sec. School S. Vaishnavh was the top scorer in the science group. He secured a total of 475 marks. He has also got a centum in mathematics. P. Keerthana and B. Mahadevan were the toppers in the commerce group. They have obtained a total of 478. Keerthana got a centum in mathematics.

At Sir Sivaswami Kalalaya Sr. Sec. School S. Vaishnavh was the top scorer in the science group. He secured a total of 475 marks. He has also got a centum in mathematics. P. Keerthana and B. Mahadevan were the toppers in the commerce group. They have obtained a total of 478. Keerthana got a centum in mathematics.

Bhattaram Sneha Priya is the topper Children’s Garden Higher Sec. School. She secured a total of 1170. She has got centum in economics, commerce, accountancy and business maths. Three students have secured centum in general maths, one in chemistry, five students in accountancy, four in commerce, two in business maths and one in economics.

Aniish Sridhar and N. Vishnu Srivatsa were the school toppers in the commerce group at P. S. Senior Secondary School. They have secured a total of 477 marks.
The boys are residents of Mylapore and R. A. Puram respectively.
