Top notch classical dancers will perform during the fourth edition of the National Art Confluence hosted by ‘Saila Sudha’ on Sept.3 and 4 at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.
They include Kumudhini Lakhia ( Kathak), Neena Prasad ( Mohiniattam) and Roja Kannan ( Bharatanatyam) besides a dance tribute to Rabindranath Tagore by Averee Chaurey, Anita Ratnam and Minoti Chatterjee.
Dancer Sailaja and her team will present ‘ Chandalika’, a Kuchipudi dance ballet in Sanskrit as a tribute to Tagore. This is on Sept.3, at 7.30 pm.
On Sept.4, Neena Prasad performs at 6 p.m. and Kumudini Lakhia at 7.30 p.m.
The fest opens on Sept.3 at 9.30 am. Open to all.
