88 children and 5 teachers from Sree Karpagavalli Vidhyalaya School, Mangolai attended an awareness program conducted by the Mylapore Police on Oct.6.
The students from classes 5 to 8 were briefed on the work done by the police at Mylapore Police Station.
The students and teachers then distributed food to about 30 inmates of “Annai Illam” near Sree Kapaleeswarar Temple.
This camp is part of the Joy of Giving week, says Latha a teacher at this school.
