Mandala pooja at Sri Iyyappan Temple in Mandaveli and R. A. Puram began today, Nov.16
Devotees flocked to the Mylai Sri Manikandan Temple near Mandaveli market for it.
This pooja will also be held at Sri Iyyappan Temple in MRC Nagar, R. A. Puram.
The photo here shows a devotee getting his mala from the temple priest after the special prayers.
Devotees wear the mala and offer special prayers for the next 45 days. The mandala pooja will be on till December 26.
