If you are looking to learn more about Laya and Anga in Kathak, head to the TN Music College for a workshop on dance. Dancers from all styles and not just Kathak are welcome.
Kathak exponent and teacher Jayant Kastuar will guide participants. He was the secretary of Sangeet Natak Akademi of 15 years and is a disciple of the late Pandit Durgalal.
On July 27 (3.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.) and July 28 (10 a.m. to 12 noon) at TN Music College, Greenways Road. Registration is on July 27 directly at the venue. This is s ABHAI event.
