The student community at Venugopal Vidyalaya school on Sringeri Mutt Road in Mandaveli celebrated Children’s Day in a ‘green’ way. They chose to plant a few saplings alongside the school wall.
Teachers guided the students who learnt what planting was all about as they dirtied their hands. The act also helped to share the message of a green environment.
