Sri Ramakrishna Math at Mylapore is holding spiritual and cultural classes for children on Sundays from 8.30 a.m to 12.15 p.m. starting July 6.
The classes will run till February 2015. Children aged 9 to 14 years and those studying in 4th to 8th standard are eligible. Subjects taught will cover Indian culture and tradition, Gita and Vedic chanting, strotram, bhajans, drawing, storytelling, teachings of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Sarada Devi and Swami Vivekananda. Yogasanas and personality development will also be covered.
