RAPRA distributes free scholarships

About 38 students received free educational scholarships of Rs. 5000 each at an event organised by Raja Annamalaipuram Residents Association (RAPRA) on Aug 3 at Raja Muthiah School, R. A. Puram. The secretary of RAPRA – K. T. Anantharama Sarma welcomed the gathering and explained the process of selection. The chief guest – author Menu Rani Chellam enthralled the audience with her cooking demonstration. She also talked about dedication, hard work and a never give – up attitude – the qualities needed for one to become a successful entrepreneur. A senior resident R.
