The departments of accounting and finance and bank management of Vivekananda College conducted an international symposium on “Emerging horizons in HRM” on Sep 26 at the college premises. The chief guest was Frank. M. C. Lin, Director General of Taipae Economic and Cultural Centre. Mikhail. J. Gorbatov, Director of the Russian Centre of Science and Culture was also present.
Students and professors from various colleges presented papers during the technical meet. This was followed by “The Academic Meet” in which students participated in “Best manager”, “Devil’s advocate” and several other challenging events.
