V. N. Krishnamurthy, resident of Mylapore, passed away on Oct 19. He was 86 years old. He was born in T. Nagar and worked for Food Corporation of India, mostly in Madhya Pradesh. Dr. Amirthavalli Raghupathy passed away on Oct 20 at Atlanta, U. S. A. She was a retired professor of Chemistry at Queen Mary’s College and the wife of N. K. Raghupathy, I. A. S (Retd.).
