At the Central ‘C’ Zone Sports Meet held at Jawarharlal Nehru Stadium on Aug 31, the girls of Lady Sivaswami School, Mylapore came first under several categories including 4×100 mts., relay, shotput, pole vault, discus throw, 100 mts. dash and triple jump and were awarded the overall championship.
More than 20 girls won prizes under three categories – juniors, seniors and super seniors.
