Prenatal Yoga: A yoga workshop for pregnant mothers. A prenatal practice may help relieve pregnancy aches and pains, cultivate a breathing practice, develop stamina and strength and improve balance and circulation. The workshop is led by Vasanthi. On Oct 28, 5 p.m.

Yoga for runners: Mainly for runners, for strength development. Led by Abhijeet. On Oct 29, 8.30 a.m.
