If you wish to buy season tickets for the main Carnatic music concerts hosted by The Music Academy this December, you will need to queue at its box office desk on December 2 morning.
The counter opens at 9 a.m. and limited season tickets will be on sale on a first come first serve basis. You must carry a recognized ID card and can pay by cash or by credit/debit card. If you send a representative, he/she must carry a authorization letter and a relevant ID card of person who wishes to book the ticket/s.
Most people form a queue early in the morning to ensure they get a ticket. The Academy makes arrangements for seating and then issues tokens. Prices start at Rs.1800.
