Police arrested four motorists for driving rashly, obviously engaged in racing on public roads on Wednesday night on the Thiru Vi Ka bridge, R. A. Puram.
One of those arrested, all from north Chennai was a juvenile.
The police seem to have acted after a series of plaints from people on road racing in this area.
