St Isabel’s Hospital, Mylappore has issued a public notice saying that it intends to destroy medical records of a certain period of 2015 and so, if people want to make a claim they must do so quickly.
The records of January to June 2015 are to be destroyed obviously to clear the clutter at this hospital records room.
