The Christmas season got over on Sunday with the feast of Epiphany, the day marks the visit of the three kings at Jesus’ birth.
To reach out to the community, the parishioners at Our Lady of Light Church, Luz did two acts – one was to visit about 15 families of this church where people are bed-ridden. “We took gifts and greeted the sick people here,” said Fr. Thumma, parish priest.
Also, the church arranged for some fun games and lunch for the poor of church zone.
The church will hold a simple Pongal celebration on January 15.
